How to Access and Compare Past Health Check Results

This article explains how to access and compare current health check results with previous years' results using the updated portal and app.

Summary

  • You can view past health check results after signing in to the updated portal or the new app. To regain access to previous results, re-activate your account by using the email you used to complete your health checks and reset your password.

Accessing past health check results

  1. Use the Web portal

    • Go to: https://portal.sisuhealth.co.uk/
    • Sign in using the email address you used when completing your health checks.
    • You will be prompted to re-activate your account and reset your password. After re-activation you should have access to all previous health checks.
  2. Use the mobile app

    • Download the latest app version from the appropriate store:
      • Google Play Store (Android): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sisuwellness.sisuhealth
      • App Store (iPhone): https://apps.apple.com/app/sisu-health/id6462903417
    • The new app has a white background.
    • Sign in with the email you used for your health checks, re-activate your account and reset your password to access past results.

Important notes

  • The portal and app were recently updated; for security and access to new results you must use the new portal or the latest app version.
  • You will no longer be able to access new health check results in the old version of the app.

Steps to compare this year's results with previous years

  1. Sign in to the updated portal or the new app (follow the steps above to re-activate your account if necessary).
  2. Open your account's health check history or results section.
  3. Select the current year’s health check and previous years’ entries to view and compare the results side by side within your account.

Troubleshooting

  • If you cannot sign in, verify you are entering the same email address you used when completing your health checks.
  • Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the app (old app versions do not show new results).
  • If re-activating and resetting your password does not restore access to previous results, please let us know so we can assist further.
