What does a SiSU Health Station measure?

The SiSU Health Station provides accurate measurements of

Height

Weight

Body Mass Index (BMI)

Blood Pressure

Heart Rate 

Body Fat Percentage

 

Some stations may have additional measurements including; 

Heart age - Your heart age gives you an idea of how healthy your heart is

PSS4 - Measure the degree to which situations in one's life over the last month are appraised as stressful

PAI - Activity Survey – Determines how active a lifestyle you lead.

QRisk 3 - Identifies the risk of developing a heart attack or stroke over the next 10 years

Audit-C - is an alcohol screen that can help identify patients who are hazardous drinkers or have active alcohol use disorders (including alcohol abuse or dependence).
